sunarız creates personalized, AI-generated memorial videos using a photograph, written message, and, when selected, an audio recording supplied by the customer. The resulting video is synthetic and representational. It is not an authentic recording, documentary evidence, or a real statement made by the person depicted.

By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms.

The current product scope, price, and estimated delivery time are displayed during the order process. Payments are completed through an independent payment service provider. sunarız does not view or store your full card details.

We can begin production only after receiving complete contact details, the requested message, and suitable source material. Missing or unsuitable materials may delay delivery.

When placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the authority and necessary rights to provide and use every photograph, audio recording, message, and other file you submit.
• Your content does not violate another person's privacy, personality, publicity, copyright, or other rights.
• You will not use the service for deception, fraud, harassment, threats, defamation, impersonation, or any unlawful purpose.
• You will not submit images of children for animation.

You grant sunarız a limited permission to process the submitted materials solely to create, review, deliver, and, where requested, revise your order.

Completed videos are delivered through the WhatsApp number entered during the order or another agreed digital channel. Any advertised delivery period is an estimate beginning once all required materials have been received. We will contact you if technical issues, demand, or a need for additional information causes a delay.

AI-generated images and voices may not be an exact match. Lip movement, facial expressions, pronunciation, and voice quality may contain artificial or unexpected variations.

Each product is made to the customer's individual instructions. Once production has begun, cancellation or a refund may not always be available. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If the delivered file has a technical fault or materially differs from the confirmed instructions, contact us so we can assess a reasonable correction.

You may use the delivered video for personal, non-commercial purposes. Rights in the sunarız brand, website, software, and original site content remain reserved. You must not present the video as authentic footage or use it in a way that could mislead another person.

The service is a creative, representational digital-content service and is not medical, psychological, or grief counselling. You are responsible for unlawful use of the service or delivered content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. The current version will be published on this page. Questions about an order or these Terms can be sent through the WhatsApp channel used for your order.
